Build the skills for this role

Strengthen neuro assessment (GCS, pupil/motor trends, seizure watch), night-shift prioritization, IV/med safety, and clear SBAR-style communication. No certification catalog or cost data was provided.

Prepare examples of recognizing and escalating neuro change, managing multiple unstable patients at night, and collaborating under limited staffing. Be ready to discuss shift stamina, documentation discipline, and how you stay current on stroke/neuro protocols without inventing system-specific policies you have not seen.

Best fit if you want bedside nights in neuro at a regional system and can work calmly amid change. Data shows both tech investment (Oracle Health) and financial/legal headwinds—so resilience and clear communication matter as much as clinical skill.
