Your Responsibilities

• Assemble and arrange instruments, trays, and sterile packs ahead of scheduled cases under guidance

• Deliver requested tools, sponges, and sutures to the primary surgeon and assistants throughout each procedure
• Participate in room breakdown and restocking to ready the suite for the next patient
• Follow established decontamination and sterilization cycles for reusable equipment
• Assist circulating staff with accurate counts and basic case documentation when directed
• Observe and practice patient draping, positioning adjustments, and related preparatory steps
• Stay attentive to equipment function and supply levels to prevent mid-procedure interruptions

Skills & Qualifications

• Active enrollment in an accredited surgical technology educational program or demonstrated foundational coursework in related healthcare subjects
