About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential creative services organization in their search for a Quality Assurance Manager focused on client retention. This fixed-term contract runs through March 2027 and offers an exciting opportunity to shape quality standards across a global client services operation.
Working Monday through Thursday (11am–8pm) and Friday (11am–6pm) from Old Trafford, Manchester, you'll partner with senior leadership to develop audit functions that drive measurable improvements in client engagement and retention processes.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Head of QA to develop and enhance quality assurance strategies supporting client retention functions
- Monitor global communication channels to ensure timely and effective client responses
- Track and analyze data trends to inform strategic decisions that improve retention processes and overall client journeys
- Optimize CRM system performance through verification, testing, and reporting before and after software installations or upgrades
- Establish measurable targets for departments and provide support needed to achieve those targets
- Review account management and client communication to ensure high standards; collect data, deliver actionable feedback, and coach individuals and management
- Identify and execute process improvements that enhance client and product implementation journeys
- Assess account management of at-risk clients to ensure best practices are followed, supporting retention and reducing revenue risk
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in data analysis with a focus on quality assurance
- Excellent organization, time management, and project management skills to deliver against competing priorities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, including experience engaging with C-level stakeholders
- Confidence working independently and with management, with ability to shape workload and contribute innovative, data-backed ideas
- Proficiency in Excel with comprehensive understanding of its functions and features
- Critical thinking with sound judgment skills and ability to identify potential risks and propose mitigating strategies

Pay
Base salary of £35,000 with on-target earnings of £40,000.
