Associate Director, Commerce

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential media and marketing organization seeking an Associate Director, Commerce to join their London team. This role sits within a specialized eCommerce practice supporting major FMCG clients across European markets. You'll lead campaign coordination and delivery across retail and commerce media platforms while managing and developing junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver eCommerce campaigns across multiple retail media and commerce platforms
• Serve as the primary activation point of contact for client accounts
• Manage campaign set-up, optimization, and reporting across media owner and technology vendor platforms
• Oversee project delivery to brief, schedule, and budget requirements
• Line manage junior team members, providing guidance and development support
• Challenge and improve existing processes while maintaining alignment with broader organizational vision
• Drive industry-leading eCommerce campaigns that exceed client expectations

What We're Looking For

• Established senior professional with deep experience in eCommerce and retail media environments
• In-depth understanding of eCommerce campaign management, optimization, and reporting across platforms
• Excellent grasp of strategic and tactical application of eCommerce and digital marketing
• Proven project management and people management capabilities
• Experience as a recognized specialist in Retail and Commerce Media
• Proactive, inquisitive approach with ability to inspire direct reports and peers
• Confident in challenging inherited processes with constructive improvement ideas
• Leadership skills with demonstrated ability to drive team performance
