About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of their core messaging platform. This is a high-impact role where you'll shape products that millions of users interact with daily, working at the intersection of AI technology and customer engagement.

Based in London with a hybrid work arrangement, you'll collaborate with world-class engineers, designers, and researchers to deliver cutting-edge messaging solutions in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and execution for the messaging platform, the organization's most critical customer touchpoint
• Conduct deep customer research through data analysis, qualitative feedback, and direct customer interactions to identify and frame complex problems
• Define and manage the product roadmap, articulating what to build, when, and why to drive team alignment and enthusiasm
• Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to conceptualize, build, and ship solutions ranging from ambitious long-term visions to incremental improvements
• Leverage AI tools to enhance personal productivity, accelerate development cycles, and amplify team impact
• Measure product success using both quantitative metrics and qualitative feedback throughout beta testing and post-launch phases
• Maintain exceptional quality standards across your product area, ensuring every release meets world-class software benchmarks
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to develop clear go-to-market strategies and drive execution excellence
• Demonstrate leadership by modeling organizational values and product development principles

• Strategic Roadmap Development: Experience defining compelling product roadmaps that communicate priorities clearly and generate excitement among customers and team members
• Exceptional Product Judgment: Skill in balancing customer needs, business objectives, and technical constraints to advocate for and deliver the right solutions
• Collaborative Building: Deep collaboration skills with engineering and design teams, plus the ability to accelerate development independently using AI tools
• AI and LLM Understanding: Ability to comprehend AI systems and large language models, assess technical feasibility and trade-offs, and make informed product decisions alongside engineering teams
• Technical Fluency: Comfort discussing modern technology stacks with engineers and customers, including APIs, SaaS infrastructure, low-code tools, and system architecture
• Results Orientation: Track record of defining success metrics, advocating for customer and business impact, and transparently sharing progress
• Leadership Capabilities: Excellent communication skills, strong ownership mindset, and proven ability to influence and drive cross-functional alignment
