We are specifically seeking candidates with experience at top-tier U.S. law firms who bring sophisticated legal training and exposure to complex, high-stakes matters.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive legal analysis across various U.S. law topics, delivering nuanced insights and guidance
• Perform in-depth legal research to support project objectives with current, accurate information
• Draft, review, and edit legal content including memoranda, opinions, contracts, and related documents
• Assess and provide structured feedback on legal texts for clarity, accuracy, and alignment with best practices
• Participate in remote, multidisciplinary collaboration to refine deliverables and address complex legal scenarios
• Contribute to quality assurance by identifying errors, inconsistencies, or ambiguities in legal materials
• Maintain exceptionally high standards and meticulous attention to detail in all submissions

What We're Looking For

• Active license to practice law with strong academic credentials
• Current or prior experience at a Vault Law 100 firm or equivalent top-tier U.S. law firm
• Exposure to varied practice areas and sophisticated legal matters
• Proven abilities in legal analysis, research, and drafting across multiple legal subjects
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated experience in legal content review and editing
• Track record of successful remote collaboration on multidisciplinary projects
• Experience with quality assurance and rubric-based evaluation of legal documents (preferred)
• Strong commitment to precision, accuracy, and legal best practices
