Verantwortlichkeiten
- Erstellung datenbasierter Reports, Kundenpotenzial-Analysen und Forecasts zur Unterstützung der Vertriebsstrategie
- Überwachung und Analyse von Vertriebskennzahlen sowie Soll-Ist-Abweichungen
- Strategische Beratung des Vertriebsmanagements bei der Definition relevanter Handlungsfelder
- Begleitung von Zielplanungsprozessen und kontinuierliche Bereitstellung von Steuerungsdaten und KPI-Analysen
- Technische und inhaltliche Betreuung der Vertriebs- und Erfolgserfassungssysteme inklusive Workflow-Optimierung und Datenintegration
Was wir suchen
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Bankkaufmann (m/w/d), Sparkassenkaufmann (m/w/d), Weiterbildung zum Bankfachwirt (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bereich Controlling/Vertrieb
- Fundierte Erfahrung im Vertriebscontrolling, Datenanalyse und Reporting, idealerweise im Sparkassen- oder Bankenumfeld
- Sicherer Umgang mit Datenbanken, BI-Tools oder ERP-Systemen sowie Erfahrung mit Vertriebssystemen
- Analytische, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und Kundenorientierung
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
