About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential proptech client in Berlin who is building innovative solutions for the real estate industry. We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Agent (m/f/d) to take ownership of the entire sales cycle for residential properties in Berlin.

In this role, you will focus exclusively on what you do best: closing deals. You won't spend time on cold outreach—qualified property owner leads will be prepared for you by an internal sales team. Your responsibility is to meet with these prospects in Berlin, secure exclusive listing agreements, and successfully guide transactions through to closing at the notary.

This is a freelance position (§ 84 HGB) offering maximum entrepreneurial freedom with uncapped earning potential, supported by technology infrastructure and a steady pipeline of qualified leads.

Responsibilities

• Convert qualified property owner leads into exclusive listing mandates through in-person meetings and presentations
• Manage end-to-end transaction processes, guiding both sellers and buyers confidently through completion
• Leverage AI tools and technology platforms to maximize deal velocity and efficiency
• Maintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate record-keeping in the CRM system (PropStack)
• Independently drive your deals from initial contact through to notary appointment

What We're Looking For

• Fluent German (required for client and stakeholder communication)
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales
• Proven track record of 20+ successfully closed transactions
• Strong closing skills with the ability to win deals in initial meetings, handle objections confidently, and bring transactions to completion
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with AI tools; experience with CRM systems like PropStack is a plus
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and pipeline management abilities
