Working Student – People & Culture (all genders)

About the Role

We are representing a confidential mobile gaming company seeking a Working Student to support their People & Culture team in Berlin. This hybrid role offers hands-on experience in HR administration and employee experience within a fast-paced, international environment.

Working closely with senior People & Culture leaders, you will contribute across the employee lifecycle and participate in various HR projects that directly impact the organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administrative tasks including drafting employment contracts and preparing HR documents such as confirmation letters, visa documentation, and official invitations
• Maintain accurate employee data in the HRIS system (HiBob), including updating records and organizing essential documentation
• Support payroll documentation, benefits administration, and onboarding/offboarding processes
• Contribute to HR initiatives such as performance management cycles and feedback training programs
• Manage and update knowledge resources on the company intranet
• Collaborate with the People & Culture team to enhance overall employee experience

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a university degree program in a relevant field (International Management, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or similar)
• At least 1 year of professional experience, ideally in a start-up environment
• Understanding of German legal regulations related to employment
• Based in Berlin and able to work from the office 2 days per week
• Excellent English communication skills; German proficiency is a strong advantage
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and project management tools such as Asana and Notion
• Highly organized, self-disciplined, reliable, and detail-oriented work style
• Analytical mindset with ability to support dashboard creation and track HR metrics
