Wir von Get A Job.ai suchen im Auftrag eines wachstumsstarken Technologieunternehmens in der Immobilienwirtschaft eine erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit als Geschäftsführer Immobilienverwaltung (m/w/d) am Standort München. Unser Mandant digitalisiert die Hausverwaltungsbranche und setzt neue Maßstäbe in Effizienz und Qualität.
Ab dem ersten Tag übernehmen Sie die Geschäftsführung und operative Gesamtverantwortung für eine Hausverwaltung in München. Der Fokus liegt auf Teamführung, kontinuierlicher Prozessoptimierung und der Sicherstellung höchster Verwaltungsqualität.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Geschäftsführung der Niederlassung München mit Budget-, Kosten- und GuV-Verantwortung sowie Qualitätssicherung
- Souveräne Leitung von Eigentümerversammlungen (ETVs) sowie professionelle Betreuung von Beiräten und Eigentümern
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des bestehenden Teams vor Ort sowie Verantwortung für den weiteren Personalaufbau
- Optimierung bestehender Strukturen durch den Aufbau klarer Abläufe, digitaler Prozesse und verlässlicher Zuständigkeiten
- Operative Umsetzung zentraler Initiativen vor Ort, insbesondere im Bereich Digitalisierung, Prozessautomatisierung und Qualitätssteigerung
Was wir suchen
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Geschäftsführer/in oder Prokurist/in einer Hausverwaltung mit Schwerpunkt WEG-Verwaltung
- Fundierte WEG-Expertise sowie tiefes Fachwissen im Mietrecht
- Souveränität in der Vorbereitung und Leitung von Eigentümerversammlungen (ETVs) sowie Erfahrung im professionellen Umgang mit Beiräten und Eigentümern
- Ausgeprägtes kaufmännisches Know-how inklusive GuV- und Budgetverantwortung
- Hands-on-Mentalität und Umsetzungsstärke
