Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential B2B SaaS client in their search for a Senior Product Marketing Manager based in London. In this highly strategic role, you will own end-to-end product marketing for an innovative AI-powered internal agent product that helps customer operations teams optimize their work.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building the external narrative and positioning for a new category-defining AI agent product, bringing it to market in a way that shapes industry understanding
- Defining and refining the ideal customer profile and target audience, identifying their pain points and decision criteria
- Owning core messaging and driving cross-functional alignment across all customer touchpoints—from website to sales materials to customer communications
- Leading product launches and go-to-market initiatives, working across teams to deliver messaging that supports sales, campaigns, and content needs
- Creating high-impact sales enablement materials including discovery frameworks, objection handling, competitive positioning, and narrative decks
- Developing core marketing assets yourself: web pages, sales decks, product narratives, scripts, demos, and launch materials
- Maintaining deep customer obsession through regular customer interactions, studying evaluation and adoption patterns, and translating insights into actionable positioning
What We're Looking For
This role requires someone who is part strategist, part storyteller, and part technologist—someone who can take something the market has no name for and make it obvious.
Experience requirements:
- 5+ years in product marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS, with proven success shaping how complex products are understood in market
- Track record marketing genuinely new products or capabilities with no clear comparison set, building narratives that help buyers understand them
- End-to-end ownership of a product area from ICP and positioning through launches and field enablement
- Comfort with technical depth: automation, workflows, analytics, agent behavior, and product mechanics
- Experience with usage-based or consumption pricing, or selling operational change rather than feature sets, is a strong plus
- Success in fast-moving environments where products ship rapidly and messaging must keep pace without sacrificing quality
Communication and thinking:
- Excellent written communication—crisp briefs, sharp narratives, and synthesis that drives alignment
- Strong editorial judgment distinguishing meaningful positioning from empty marketing language
- Ability to push back on vague claims and drive specificity in your work and others'
Product and technical engagement:
- Product-obsessed approach: reading documentation, using the product, and understanding the technology before crafting messages
- Genuine curiosity about AI—not just as talking points, but as something you actively experiment with and engage with
- Fluent use of AI tools in your own work, constantly exploring new ways to work more effectively
Operating style:
- Execute strategy all the way through to assets, launches, and field deployment—no hand-offs
- Strong judgment and ability to work independently on high-stakes initiatives
- Systems thinking: building messaging frameworks and architectures others can use
- Effective cross-functional collaboration, building trust quickly and elevating team performance
- Ambitious, competitive mindset with a high bar for quality and a drive to win in market
- Confident and decisive, optimizing for progress over consensus
- Intellectually curious, constantly learning and experimenting
- Creative with strong taste for what resonates emotionally with audiences
- Change-oriented and comfortable thriving in ambiguity
