Working Student, Website & Organic (m/f/d)

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential SaaS organization seeking a Working Student for Website & Organic Marketing. This remote position is based in Germany and offers hands-on experience in digital marketing, user research, and conversion optimization within a professional environment.

You'll work directly with the Website & Organic team, taking ownership of projects that impact user experience and drive measurable results. This role is ideal for a student seeking to develop practical skills in digital marketing, analytics, and AI-enabled workflows while contributing to real business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market and user research to provide data-driven analysis for website experience improvements
• Create and optimize user journeys that deliver measurable impact on revenue metrics
• Build and update web pages using the Content Management System based on team briefs and research findings
• Launch site campaigns and support digital projects for multiple stakeholders
• Implement digital marketing initiatives with focus on SEO/GEO, community engagement, and product marketing
• Develop agentic and standard automations to support team scalability

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Marketing, or related field
• Must provide valid proof of enrollment (Immatrikulationsbescheinigung in Germany)
• Must hold a valid work/residence permit for Germany
• Previous experience building digital products, using no-code tools, or working with agentic workflows is a strong advantage
• Experience in SaaS, digital-first, or e-commerce environments preferred
• Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Clarity is a plus
• Knowledge of SEO or GEO principles is advantageous
• Analytical mindset with ability to draw independent, data-driven conclusions
• Proactive approach with entrepreneurial spirit and bias to action
• Digital native comfortable learning multiple tools and developing scalable solutions
• Excellent command of English for articulating complex ideas and producing quality written briefings

Pay

This is a working student position limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week during the semester. Compensation is €18 per hour.
