Responsibilities

• Work alongside the maintenance team to ensure all technical systems function smoothly and guest expectations are exceeded
• Lead and mentor maintenance assistants while actively participating in hands-on repair and maintenance work
• Handle diverse technical tasks including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance
• Ensure compliance with safety and health standards across all maintenance operations
• Maintain hotel facilities in optimal condition through preventive and reactive maintenance
• Support seamless operations by responding promptly to technical issues
• Contribute to an exceptional guest experience through reliable technical support

What We're Looking For

• Completed apprenticeship or training as Elektroinstallateur/in, Elektrotechniker/in, or in Gas-, Wasser-, Heizungs-, Lüftungs- und Klimatechnik (SHK)
• Broad range of practical technical skills and strong technical understanding
• Experience in a similar position is advantageous but not mandatory
• Very good German language skills (written and spoken); English skills desirable
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities
• Hands-on mentality with a "doer" attitude
• Commitment to exceptional guest service and passion for hospitality
• Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and find creative solutions
• Reliability and enthusiasm for working in a demanding environment
• Openness to digital tools and ability to quickly adapt to new systems
• Clear and effective communication skills
