About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential blockchain intelligence organization seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to join their EMEA team in Frankfurt. Our client provides critical compliance and risk mitigation technology to financial institutions navigating the evolving crypto landscape.

This is a high-impact, client-facing pre-sales role where you will partner with compliance teams at exchanges, banks, and fintechs to demonstrate how our client's platform addresses real-world AML, sanctions screening, and regulatory challenges. You'll work at the intersection of technical credibility and commercial success, delivering tailored demonstrations and leading proof-of-concept engagements that drive enterprise adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead customized product demonstrations and best practice sessions for compliance, risk, and executive stakeholders across target verticals
• Own enterprise trials and proof-of-concept engagements from technical scoping through value delivery and measurable outcomes
• Support new business and expansion opportunities by providing pre-sales expertise throughout complex sales cycles
• Conduct discovery conversations to surface compliance, operational, and regulatory pain points, then translate technical concepts into clear commercial benefits
• Map complex customer workflows for strategically important accounts to influence product positioning and integration strategy
• Design and execute implementation plans tailored to each enterprise customer's compliance and technical objectives
• Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires, positioning our client effectively against competitors
• Serve as technical point of contact for strategic partners, enabling integrations and co-selling initiatives
• Collaborate with product and intelligence teams to refine blockchain use cases and translate analytical findings into sales-ready narratives
• Create and maintain demo best practices and reusable content for the wider commercial organization

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 5+ years in SaaS Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Pre-Sales roles within Crypto/Blockchain, FinTech, or RegTech
• Solid understanding of crypto compliance landscape including AML, sanctions frameworks, VASPs, and emerging regulations like MiCA
• Proven track record running successful product demos, PoCs, and trials in complex enterprise sales environments
• Fluency in French, Spanish, or Italian in addition to English
• Strong consultative skills with ability to build trust and uncover customer needs through discovery
• Experience working with APIs, mapping integration workflows, and implementing complex technology products for enterprise clients
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities, with talent for simplifying complex information for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Demonstrated focus on continuous improvement—optimizing demo environments, refining playbooks, and creating reusable content

Bonus qualifications:

• Familiarity with blockchain analytics tools, crypto transaction tracing, or on-chain intelligence
• Additional language fluency beyond the required European language
• Experience automating processes using AI, scripting, or workflow tools to improve efficiency
• Working knowledge of CRM platforms, AI productivity tools, Zapier, Notion, or data visualization software
• Coding or scripting ability (Python, SQL, JavaScript) for data manipulation, API testing, or prototyping
