We are representing a confidential manufacturing organization in the Düsseldorf area that is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join their production team. Our client develops and manufactures precision fluid control components using advanced plastics processing technology. Responsibilities

• Monitor daily assembly operations to ensure quality standards are consistently maintained throughout production
• Develop and implement measures for comprehensive product testing and inspection
• Contribute actively to process optimization and product improvement initiatives
• Support maintenance and documentation within the quality management system (ISO 9001:2015)
• Participate in product qualification activities during development projects
• Perform measurement and sampling tasks in both series production and product development
• Prepare quality reports and visualize results for stakeholder review

What We're Looking For

• Vocational training in mechatronics, manufacturing technology, measurement technology, or plastics injection molding
• Strong understanding of industrial production and assembly processes
• Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and specifications
• Solid knowledge of dimensional, form, and surface measurement techniques
• Fluent German language skills and good command of English
• Commitment to ongoing professional development in quality assurance
• Preferred: Meister or Techniker certification; basic electrical engineering knowledge
• Professional experience in quality assurance welcomed; career changers from testing labs or R&D considered
• Desirable: Experience with design, construction, or production of electromagnetic devices and components per DIN VDE 0580 (e.g., solenoids, relay technology, electromagnetic actuators)

Compensation and Benefits
