Technical Business Analyst/Delivery Manager

Responsibilities

Our client, a leading organization in the media and broadcast sector, is seeking a Technical Business Analyst/Delivery Manager to lead a transformation initiative in London. You'll work in a hybrid model (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) on a 12-month+ contract with potential for extension.

In this role, you will:

• Gather and document business and technical requirements across stakeholder groups
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and engineering teams
• Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release planning
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of complex projects
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and maintain clear stakeholder communications
• Support business process transformation initiatives
• Prepare project status reports and executive-level updates
• Ensure technical solutions align with overarching business objectives

What We're Looking For

Required Experience:

• 10+ years of overall IT experience
• 5+ years in Business Analysis, Delivery Management, or Product Ownership roles
• Experience in media, broadcast, OTT, content supply chain, or digital asset management environments strongly preferred

Essential Skills:

• Business analysis and requirements management
• Agile Scrum/Kanban methodologies
• Stakeholder management at all levels
• JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps
• Process mapping and workflow design
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred Skills:

• Media supply chain knowledge
• Broadcast operations experience
• Content distribution platforms
• OTT/streaming platforms
