Account Executive – MassMarket

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential technology client seeking an Account Executive to focus on mass-market acquisition sales in Morocco. Our talent team is building a pipeline of experienced SaaS sales professionals who excel at prospecting and closing new business within the small-to-midsize business segment.

This role centers on hunting new opportunities within organizations of 51-500 employees in a defined territory. You will own the full sales cycle from cold outreach through close, selling a comprehensive workplace collaboration platform.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business opportunities through high-volume cold calling and outbound outreach
• Manage a geographic territory of growing organizations in the 51-500 employee range
• Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and negotiate contracts
• Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and activity tracking in CRM systems
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful customer onboarding

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience as an Account Executive in SaaS or technology sales
• Proven track record with high-volume cold calling and prospecting
• Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
• Strong hunter mentality with a focus on new business acquisition
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages a plus
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
