Senior Product Manager, Technical (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential technology client in their search for a Senior Product Manager (Technical) based in London. This role focuses on defining trust and governance frameworks for next-generation AI systems, working on products that provide AI agents with verifiable identity, policy controls, and real-time observability.

In this position, you will:

• Shape and deliver solutions: Partner closely with engineers to define and refine solutions early, moving ideas from concept to production in practical, incremental steps while staying close enough to implementation to understand trade-offs and guide decisions
• Drive focused, outcome-oriented delivery: Balance user needs, market context, and execution speed while focusing on getting working solutions into users' hands for validation, then iterate based on feedback and measurable outcomes
• Work through ambiguity: Take ownership of areas where requirements are not fully defined, structure problems into clear, actionable paths forward, and maintain momentum even as direction continues to evolve
• Own product direction: Contribute to product strategy and roadmap definition, align short-term priorities with longer-term platform thinking, and make thoughtful trade-offs that support both delivery and scalability
• Collaborate across stakeholders: Work across engineering, design, and go-to-market teams, engage effectively with senior and executive stakeholders, and bring alignment and clarity in environments with diverse perspectives
• Be developer-obsessed: Understand developer workflows and key pain points, and help improve integration, usability, and the overall product experience

What We're Looking For

Core experience:

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Product Management
• Strong technical background that enables deep engagement with engineering topics
• Hands-on experience working with APIs, systems, and integrations
• Proven track record of delivering products in close collaboration with engineering teams

Technical depth:

• Comfortable understanding how systems are designed and operate in practice
• Able to engage in technical discussions, challenge assumptions, and evaluate trade-offs
• Willing to go into detail when needed by reviewing flows, investigating issues, or clarifying implementation approaches

Mindset:

• Take ownership from problem to outcome
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving priorities
• Combine structured thinking with a bias toward action
• Can move between big-picture strategy and practical execution

Collaboration and communication:

• Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences
• Comfortable working with experienced, highly engaged stakeholders
• Know how to build alignment and drive decisions forward

Nice to have:

• Exposure to identity, distributed systems, or similar domains
• Experience in fast-paced, product-led environments
