Technischer Projektmanager (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential telecommunications organization seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead innovative development initiatives. In this role, you will:

• Lead technical and organizational aspects of development projects spanning hardware and software environments
• Plan, control, and monitor projects with respect to scope, timeline, and budget to ensure successful delivery
• Collaborate with product managers to optimally prepare projects for execution
• Report regularly on project status to management and relevant internal stakeholders
• Coordinate initiatives with other Technical Project Managers and align closely with involved departments
• Procure necessary technical equipment for projects and engage external resources when needed
• Identify risks early, develop appropriate mitigation measures, and contribute to continuous process improvement

What We're Looking For

Our client is seeking a candidate with the following qualifications:

• Successfully completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Communications Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable technical discipline
• Proven experience leading technical development projects with a track record of taking ownership
• General knowledge in software development and/or hardware development, potentially in network management or embedded firmware
• Structured, self-directed working style with the ability to maintain overview in demanding projects
• Strong communication skills with a solution- and results-oriented approach
• Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
• Team player mindset with innovative thinking and willingness to travel
