Be ready to describe calm responses to agitation, boundary-setting with residents, teamwork with clinical/case staff, and why you want part-time safety work in homeless services. Ask how RHC shifts, radio/call protocols, and escalation to supervisors work.
Strong fit if you want hands-on, mission-driven safety work with PATH in LA County and can handle unpredictable moments with steadiness. Poor fit if you need remote work, high pay transparency from this listing alone, or a quiet desk role.
