Projektleiter (m/w/d) Sicherheitstechnik

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential security technology organization expanding its operations in Erfurt. In this role, you will support the organization and development of service and project operations. You will progressively take on responsibility for coordinating service technicians and operational workflows, developing toward an independent project leadership function while working closely with senior management.

Your responsibilities include:

• Supporting the planning, control, and coordination of service and project assignments
• Operational coordination and deployment planning for a team of currently five service technicians
• Contributing to the development of maintenance and service concepts
• Assisting with technical leadership and team development
• Managing day-to-day operations (operational and administrative) in the service area
• Analyzing and optimizing processes to improve efficiency and quality
• Supporting customer management and ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Preparing reports, evaluations, and documentation
• Contributing to quality assurance and cost control

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Completed degree, master craftsman certification (Meister), or technician qualification – ideally in electrical engineering or security technology
• Driver's license (Class B)
• Proficiency with standard office applications
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented work approach
• Strong communication skills and confident presence with customers and team members
• Team-oriented mindset and sense of responsibility

Preferred experience:

• Initial experience in technical service, project work, or coordination roles
• Interest in leadership responsibility and development toward project leadership

This is a permanent, full-time position based in Erfurt with regional deployment in the surrounding area.
