Project Manager – Integrations

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential payment technology organization seeking a Project Manager - Integrations to join their team in Paris. This role sits at the intersection of merchant expansion and technical delivery, working with a dedicated team that architects payment frameworks and integrates with a global network of payment providers.

As a mid-level Project Manager within the Integrations Team, you'll orchestrate complex merchant timelines and delivery projects while maintaining strategic partnerships with payment providers across Europe and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Own the planning for a team of 10+ engineers, collecting requirements from merchants and translating them into actionable roadmaps
• Orchestrate complex merchant timelines and delivery projects, ensuring excellence at every stage
• Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with global payment providers
• Drive external communication and engage directly with partners across Europe, including physical visits when needed
• Compute KPIs and continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency
• Work with engineers, merchants, and payment providers to connect the platform to worldwide acquirers and payment methods
• Contribute to product vision, helping design, build, and release new features
• Challenge stakeholders across engineering, product, merchants, and providers with data-driven decisions

What We're Looking For

Required:

• At least 5 years of experience in payments
• Technical background with ability to understand software code
• Strong understanding of web-related technologies (HTTP, TLS, proxies, API conventions)
• Ability to communicate with third-party providers from both technical and business perspectives
• Product-minded approach to problem solving
• Curious and passionate about understanding business operations
• Masterful navigation of complex trade-offs and rapid context switching in dynamic environments

Nice to Have:

• French language proficiency
• Cards payments knowledge
