Sales Manager – Mid Market Paris

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization that is expanding its commercial footprint across France. Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to build and lead a high-performing mid-market sales team in Paris. Responsibilities

• Build, hire, and mentor a team of Territory Account Executives focused on mid-market accounts
• Drive team performance to achieve and exceed ARR, cross-sell, and retention targets
• Implement sales methodologies and strategies to support expansion into enterprise segments
• Provide personalized coaching, feedback, and development plans to maximize team potential
• Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability through exemplary leadership
• Partner with regional leadership to develop and execute multi-year strategic growth plans
• Balance long-term vision with short-term performance objectives
• Establish best practices that create sustainable success and exceptional client satisfaction

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of leadership experience managing high-performing SaaS sales or account management teams, ideally in fast-growth environments
• Proven track record in organizations experiencing 40%+ year-over-year growth
• Deep expertise in complex sales cycles and solution-based selling methodologies (MEDPICC experience required)
• Strong ability to hire, develop, and retain top sales talent
• Experience building scalable processes for sustainable growth
• Transparent, empathetic leadership style that unites teams around shared objectives
• Advanced understanding of enterprise-level stakeholder engagement across IT, Legal, Procurement, and related functions
• Demonstrated ability to present tailored solutions and articulate clear ROI
• Native-level fluency in French is essential
• Growth mindset with the ability to thrive in high-velocity environments
