  • Monitor investigational product inventory, reconciliation, storage, dispensing and administration according to protocol requirements
  • Review and maintain Investigator Site Files for accuracy, timeliness and completeness; reconcile with Trial Master Files
  • Document all monitoring activities through trip reports, follow-up letters, communication logs and other required project documentation
  • Manage site-level activities and communication to ensure project objectives, deliverables and timelines are met
  • Support chart abstraction activities and real-world data collection as needed
  • Identify operational efficiencies and proactively suggest process improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including regulatory, medical affairs and sponsor representatives
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior-level clinical research staff
  • Prepare for and support audit readiness at the site and project level
  • Participate in investigator meetings and clinical training sessions according to project requirements

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, registered nursing qualification, or equivalent combination of education, training and relevant experience
  • Strong working knowledge of ICH-GCP Guidelines and applicable regulatory requirements for clinical research
  • Previous experience as a Clinical Research Associate with demonstrated ability to independently manage investigator sites
  • Proficiency with clinical trial management systems, electronic data capture platforms and monitoring technologies
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with site staff and sponsors
  • Critical thinking abilities and sound judgment when evaluating site performance and compliance issues
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify protocol deviations, safety issues and data integrity concerns
  • Understanding of real-world late phase study designs and local treatment patterns (preferred)
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple competing demands
  • Comfortable with regular travel of up to 75% within Thailand and potentially neighboring countries
  • Thai language fluency required; English proficiency essential
