Responsibilities
Our client, a confidential cybersecurity organization operating in the Web3 security space, is seeking a VP of Sales to drive revenue growth across the United States. This role will report directly to executive leadership and own the complete US go-to-market strategy.
You will be responsible for:
- Defining and executing the US revenue strategy, building a scalable growth engine from the ground up
- Developing the sales foundation including ideal customer profiles, territory design, and a repeatable enterprise sales playbook
- Recruiting, developing, and leading a high-performing team of Account Executives and Business Development Executives
- Partnering with Sales Engineering to deliver consultative enterprise sales motions
- Creating predictable pipeline across outbound, inbound, and partner channels with rigorous forecasting processes
- Leading complex strategic enterprise deals with Fortune 500 companies and high-growth customers, typically exceeding $100K ACV
- Building strategic alliances with system integrators, risk consultancies, and technology partners
- Collaborating with Marketing on account-based marketing, executive events, and thought leadership initiatives
- Serving as the voice of the customer to Product and Customer Success teams to strengthen adoption and expansion
- Traveling domestically up to 30% as required
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will bring:
- 10+ years of SaaS sales experience with at least 4+ years leading, hiring, and scaling high-performing sales teams in the US market
- Proven track record winning complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals and driving seven-figure revenue
- Deep expertise in Web3, cybersecurity, third-party risk, or API security with the credibility to engage sophisticated enterprise buyers
- Experience building and scaling enterprise sales motions from scratch in fast-moving, high-growth environments
- Data-driven approach to pipeline management, forecasting, and funnel performance with strong proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce
- Executive presence with exceptional communication, negotiation, and storytelling abilities
- A builder's mindset: strategic yet hands-on, resilient, and motivated by turning ambitious goals into measurable results
- Collaborative, low-ego leadership style with proven ability to partner effectively across Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and executive teams
