Strategic Valuation & Modeling – Senior

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential financial advisory organization in Paris that specializes in valuation and financial modeling services. We are seeking a Strategic Valuation & Modeling Senior to join their established practice serving corporate and private equity clients across France and internationally.

This is a client-facing role where you will lead valuation engagements, manage project teams, and contribute to the growth of a recognized practice in the market.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage valuation assignments across corporate transactions, fiscal reorganizations, and strategic initiatives
• Conduct enterprise and asset valuations for M&A, tax planning, and legal restructuring contexts
• Perform intangible asset valuations including purchase price allocations, brand valuations, and intellectual property assessments for transfer pricing purposes
• Value financial instruments including management incentive packages and equity-based compensation
• Build and review complex financial models for project finance, leveraged buyouts, public-private partnerships, and business planning
• Supervise and mentor junior team members on engagement delivery
• Interact directly with clients including C-suite executives, shareholders, banks, and potential investors
• Contribute to practice development and business growth initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Advanced degree from a top-tier business school, engineering school, or university equivalent
• 2 to 5 years of experience in financial advisory, ideally focused on valuation and financial modeling
• Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities with attention to detail
• Excellent client-facing skills and comfort in professional service environments
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken; working knowledge of a second foreign language is valued
• Multidisciplinary understanding across finance, accounting, tax, and legal considerations
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver quality work under deadlines
• Motivation to contribute to team culture and organizational development in a human-scale environment
