Transaction Services/Restructuring – Senior

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential financial advisory firm seeking a Senior Consultant for their Transaction Services team in Rennes. In this role, you will be fully integrated into transaction advisory engagements, conducting financial due diligence for acquisition and divestiture projects on behalf of corporate clients and investment funds across France and internationally.

Your analytical work will focus on understanding historical performance, cash generation, and business plan assumptions. You will adapt your approach to meet specific client needs and deliver insights that support critical decision-making. Additionally, you will mentor junior analysts and have opportunities to contribute to firm-wide development initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Degree from a top-tier business school, engineering school, or equivalent university programme
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in transaction services, restructuring, or corporate finance
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Team-oriented mindset with availability to meet project demands
• Fluent English (written and spoken); working knowledge of a second foreign language is a plus
• Genuine motivation to join a growing advisory practice
