We are representing a confidential mental health technology organization based in Paris. Our talent team is searching for a Senior Product Designer to join their growing product division and help shape user experiences across multiple platforms.
This role sits at the intersection of healthcare innovation and enterprise software, where you'll design solutions for employees, practitioners, and HR teams. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, content specialists, and a 10-person engineering team to deliver impactful digital experiences across web, mobile, and workplace collaboration tools.
Responsibilities
- Discovery & User Research: Conduct user research using methods appropriate to each project phase. Test solutions before launch and optimize adoption post-release, working independently or alongside product managers.

- Delivery & Communication: Monitor quality during development phases, provide feedback to engineers, and produce compelling visuals to communicate product features to stakeholders.
- Work on projects such as redesigning core mobile application flows and adapting interfaces for multi-language international clients.
- Collaborate using tools including Notion, Figma, Maze, and Slack within a Shape Up-inspired methodology.
What We're Looking For
- 5-6 years of experience as a Product Designer, preferably on web or SaaS products (conception, wireframing, prototyping, user testing, feedback loops)
- Strong knowledge of design and research methodologies with the ability to apply the right method to each project context
- Curiosity about integrating AI tools into design workflows
- Skilled at asking the right questions and understanding user and stakeholder motivations
- Collaborative working style with strong ownership, curiosity, attention to detail, and ability to propose intelligent compromises
- Fluent French and professional-level English required
