Transaction Services – Senior

Responsibilities

Our talent team is representing a confidential financial advisory firm in Paris. As a Senior Transaction Services professional, you will lead financial due diligence engagements for both buy-side and sell-side mandates on behalf of corporate clients and investment funds in France and internationally.

Your analytical work will focus on understanding historical performance, cash generation dynamics, and the assumptions underpinning business plans. You will tailor every engagement to client needs and deliver insights that support critical investment decisions.

In this role, you will mentor and coach junior team members on your assignments, building their technical capabilities and professional judgment. Throughout your career with our client, you will be encouraged to contribute to internal development initiatives and participate in business development activities.

What We're Looking For

• A degree from a top-tier business school, engineering school, or equivalent university programme
• 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in transaction services, corporate finance, or audit
• Rigorous attention to detail and strong analytical and synthesis skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for financial modelling and analysis
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Working knowledge of a second foreign language is a plus
• A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working in team environments
• Availability and flexibility to meet client deadlines and engagement demands
