About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential global media analytics organization that is transforming its procurement function. This newly created Procurement Analyst role offers high impact and visibility as you help scale procurement operations across international markets. You'll work directly with stakeholders to drive cost savings, manage strategic supplier relationships, and own end-to-end contract processes for indirect spend categories.
Our client needs an analytical professional who can develop sourcing strategies, negotiate enterprise agreements, and navigate a dynamic, fast-paced global environment. This position is based in Mexico and reports into the global procurement leadership team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing plans for indirect spend categories aligned with enterprise objectives
- Lead strategic procurement activities including assessment, selection, and management of external service providers
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify critical requirements and deliver sourcing solutions that exceed expectations
- Drive Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) reductions through analytics and data-driven decision making
- Manage the full RFX lifecycle from scoping and SOW development through evaluation, negotiation, and contract transition
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and system improvements to enhance organizational efficiency
- Maintain strategic supplier relationships and leverage supplier capabilities to meet business needs
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2-3 years of procurement experience with demonstrated success driving cost-saving initiatives and business outcomes
- Proven track record managing the complete sourcing lifecycle including scoping, evaluation, negotiation, and contract transition
- Working knowledge of procurement platforms such as Ariba, P2P systems, or spend analytics applications
- Ability to navigate different cultures and time zones in a global, collaborative environment
- Strong multitasking skills with ability to manage multiple high-priority projects under tight deadlines
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive procurement decisions
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Genuine interest in procurement and strategic sourcing
- Professional proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
