About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential metrology and precision measurement organization seeking a Sales Representative in Guadalajara. Our client is a leader in industrial measurement solutions, and we're looking for a driven professional to develop new business, manage industrial accounts, and drive commercial strategy in this specialized technical field.

This is a remote position with travel requirements throughout Mexico. You'll work directly with manufacturing and industrial clients to deliver measurement solutions that transform production quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage industrial client accounts while generating new business opportunities
• Maintain direct, consistent communication with clients throughout the sales cycle
• Implement sales strategies and provide detailed follow-up on each opportunity
• Guide clients from initial prospecting through contract closure
• Execute commercial action plans and consistently achieve sales targets
• Monitor pricing and product positioning to maintain competitive advantage
• Support technical demonstrations, exhibitions, and industry events
• Negotiate contracts and define key account strategies

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience in technological or industrial sales
• Direct experience selling automation equipment or precision measurement machinery (metrology)
• Mechanical knowledge including geometric and dimensional tolerances
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and technical specifications
• Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
• Valid driver's license with full availability to travel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Consultative sales approach with excellent negotiation skills
• Active listening, patience, and interpersonal excellence
• Highly organized, creative, and competitive mindset

Compensation & Benefits

Our client offers uncapped commissions plus above-law benefits including savings fund, grocery vouchers, major medical insurance, 30 days Christmas bonus, superior vacation days, and company vehicle. Schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with remote work flexibility.
