Channel Partner Manager – France

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization seeking a Channel Partner Manager to join their Paris-based team. Our client is experiencing significant growth in France and needs an experienced partner professional to manage strategic relationships and drive revenue through their channel ecosystem.

This is a hands-on role combining partner management, strategic sales, and direct client engagement. You'll own the complete lifecycle of partner relationships—from planning and execution to pipeline management and revenue delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, sales execution, and growth of a portfolio of channel partners across France
• Lead strategic sales and account management alongside partners, including new business development and expansion of existing accounts
• Build and maintain strong partnerships while balancing company objectives, velocity, and commercial viability
• Evaluate financial and strategic benefits and risks of new and existing partnership opportunities
• Track, report, and optimize partnership performance; identify issues, assess solutions, and execute improvements
• Deliver against monthly partner portfolio targets and revenue goals
• Collaborate cross-functionally to build and maintain a robust pipeline of partner relationships throughout all stages
• Travel as required to partner and customer locations

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 6 years of experience in SaaS sales roles—required
• 1+ years managing Channel Partners or Resellers—advantageous
• Proven sales track record from opportunity identification through close
• Demonstrated account and quota planning capabilities
• Ability to manage complete projects independently from concept to execution
• Strong relationship-building skills with excellent verbal and written communication
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proactive, team-oriented approach
• Native-level fluency in French—required
• Public speaking experience—advantageous
