About the Role
This position focuses on evaluating, documenting, and presenting pre‑owned photography and videography equipment for our marketplace. What You'll Do
- Inspect incoming gear to assess condition, functionality, and cosmetic wear.
- Assign precise grades using MPB’s standardized evaluation criteria.
- Create detailed, accurate product listings that highlight key features and specifications.
- Produce high‑quality photographs and short videos that capture each item from multiple angles.
- Maintain up‑to‑date records in the inventory management system.
- Collaborate with merchandising to optimize listing performance and search visibility.
- Identify process improvements to increase grading efficiency and listing consistency.
What We're Looking For
- Experience handling photography or videography equipment, preferably in a retail, rental, or refurbishment environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow grading guidelines consistently.
- Proficiency with digital cameras and lighting setups for product imaging.
- Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms or product information management systems.
- Excellent written communication skills for crafting clear, compelling descriptions.
- Comfort working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.
