About the Role
As a Lube and Service Technician at our Phoenix service center, you'll perform essential preventative maintenance and light repair work on customer vehicles. This is a full-time position where you'll develop valuable technical skills while building customer relationships and contributing to a dynamic team environment.
What You'll Do
- Perform routine oil changes, fluid checks, and filter replacements
- Inspect vehicles and identify maintenance needs for customers
- Top off and replace automotive fluids including coolant, transmission fluid, and power steering fluid
- Replace air filters, cabin air filters, and wiper blades
- Conduct basic vehicle diagnostics and communicate findings to customers
- Maintain service bay cleanliness and organize tools and supplies
- Document work completed and maintain accurate service records
- Provide friendly, professional customer service during drop-off and pickup
What We're Looking For
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift regularly for extended periods
- Mechanical aptitude and interest in automotive repair and maintenance
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Customer service skills and a professional demeanor
- Reliable transportation to our Phoenix location
- Willingness to learn and develop skills in the automotive industry
- Prior automotive experience is beneficial but not required
