Product Operations Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential AI technology organization seeking a Product Operations Manager to join their Paris-based team. This role will design and implement the processes, tools, and data infrastructure that enable product teams to scale efficiently. You'll work at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market functions, ensuring seamless collaboration and accelerating feedback loops across a global organization.

Our client is building advanced AI solutions for high-stakes industries and needs someone who can bring operational excellence to their product organization. This is a strategic role reporting to senior leadership with scope across multiple geographies.

Responsibilities

• Drive data and analytics initiatives to ensure transparent reporting on customer engagements and product usage; collaborate with data teams to develop dashboards and insights that inform product decisions
• Manage feedback loops and discovery processes by building structured systems to collect and analyze product feedback; run early access programs and design partner testing initiatives
• Coordinate product launches and enterprise releases, aligning product managers, marketers, engineers, and legal teams around shared timelines and objectives
• Build and refine product rituals including planning, review, and OKR routines; introduce tooling to streamline documentation and knowledge sharing
• Maintain product catalog and documentation in partnership with technical writers to ensure content remains current and accessible
• Standardize release cycles by coordinating with Engineering and Science teams to manage release timelines and ensure reliability

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years in product operations, product management, or strategy/operations roles (such as chief of staff or consulting) within deep-tech or AI environments
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience working with data and analytics; able to transform usage data and customer feedback into actionable insights
• Proven cross-functional collaboration skills with experience aligning product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams around shared priorities
• Process-oriented mindset with demonstrated ability to build repeatable workflows and release processes
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization
• Fluency in English required; French language skills are a plus
• Bonus qualifications: experience with AI/ML products, pricing and packaging strategies, or consulting/finance backgrounds

Pay

Compensation details will be discussed during the screening process and are competitive for the Paris market and this level of experience.
