Product Manager Westwing Collection (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

Our talent team is representing a confidential e-commerce organization in their search for a Product Manager to own and evolve product categories within their proprietary collection. In this role, you will drive assortment strategy from concept through commercial performance, shaping a portfolio that balances inspiration with profitability.

You will:

• Develop and execute category-level assortment strategies by analyzing market trends and identifying growth opportunities
• Build a unique product portfolio in close collaboration with design and buying teams
• Maintain portfolio health through proactive management, bringing an entrepreneurial, data-driven approach
• Identify merchandising and operational improvements, leveraging AI tools and automation to optimize commercial outcomes
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including buying, design, supply chain, quality assurance, and merchandising teams to ensure seamless execution

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in physical product management, consumer retail, or business development
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical problem-solving skills with a bias for fast execution
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Deep passion for interior design and home living, with an intuitive product sense
• Clear, persuasive communication and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
