Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential retail organization seeking a working student for their Düsseldorf location. In this role, you will:

• Serve as a knowledgeable advisor, consulting customers individually to find the perfect solutions for their personal needs
• Create a welcoming atmosphere alongside the store team, making each visit an inspiring and unique shopping experience
• Develop expertise across the complete product portfolio, communicating product benefits authentically and professionally
• Contribute to store performance by understanding key performance indicators and actively supporting economic success through personalized consultation

What We're Looking For

• Current enrollment: You must be enrolled as a student at a state-recognized university in Germany for at least one more full semester
• Experience: Proven background in sales and consultation, ideally in cosmetics or other premium advisory-intensive products
• Personality: Proactive approach with a hands-on mentality; you engage openly with people and enjoy daily interaction
• Team player: Ability to quickly build trusting relationships with customers and colleagues
• Availability: 10–20 hours per week, including Saturdays and weekday shifts until 7:00 PM
• Language: German fluency required for customer consultation
