Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential SaaS organization based in Munich that is building solutions for the public sector. As their (Senior) Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be the driving force behind strategic team expansion and report directly to the CEO Office. You will own the complete recruitment lifecycle and serve as the central point of contact for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Own the end-to-end recruiting process from hiring strategy through job postings, pipeline management, and contract signature
- Develop and advance employer branding initiatives to position our client as a top choice for talent in the GovTech sector
- Conduct active sourcing and build qualified talent pipelines across Product & Engineering, Go-to-Market, and Operations functions
- Ensure an efficient and respectful experience for both candidates and hiring managers throughout the process
- Coordinate with external stakeholders including headhunters for selected positions
- Build and refine scalable processes that balance AI/automation with human interaction
What We're Looking For
Required qualifications:
- Strong communication skills in German (minimum C1 level) and professional English (minimum B2 level)
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in active sourcing and recruiting with end-to-end process ownership
- Proven track record working with senior leadership and C-level stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to engage, qualify, and communicate effectively with candidates from both technical and business backgrounds
- Previous startup experience with comfort navigating rapid change and evolving structures
- Self-directed work style with ability to quickly learn new topics, proactively tackle challenges, and seek support when needed
- Data-driven approach to pipeline management with proactive mindset toward automation and AI opportunities
- Experience not just applying scalable processes, but building them from initial concept through successful implementation
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience establishing a Talent Acquisition function from the ground up
- Familiarity with Teamtailor ATS
- Network within the Munich SaaS startup ecosystem
- Exposure to the public sector or GovTech companies
