Product Manager – Discover

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential mobility technology company in their search for a Product Manager to lead their upper-funnel passenger acquisition efforts. This role will focus on capturing traffic through SEO and emerging AI-driven search, optimizing landing experiences, and driving conversion across acquisition channels in multiple European markets.

Based in Paris, you'll work in a hybrid environment (2-3 days per week on-site) as part of a cross-functional team dedicated to the top-of-funnel passenger journey.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for the discovery and landing experience, establishing KPIs and taking full ownership from strategy through execution
• Partner with marketing and SEO teams to build and deliver an acquisition roadmap, including adapting platform architecture for AI-era discoverability by LLMs and AI agents
• Optimize landing page conversion across all channels through data-driven experimentation and A/B testing
• Serve as the primary product lead for discovery-related topics, ensuring alignment across engineering, marketing, design, data, and business stakeholders
• Act as product manager for a standalone Eastern European platform acquired by the client
• Co-lead a squad of 6 front-end engineers alongside an Engineering Manager

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of product management experience
• Strong analytical skills with proven ability to use A/B testing to drive conversion improvements
• Experience with top-of-funnel acquisition, growth, or SEO initiatives is preferred but not required
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to influence cross-functional teams and clearly articulate prioritization decisions
• Full fluency in English is required
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with multiple markets and stakeholders
