Wir suchen im Auftrag unseres Mandanten – einem etablierten Softwareunternehmen in Magdeburg – einen erfahrenen Senior Controller (m/w/d). In dieser Schlüsselrolle gestalten Sie das strategische Berichtswesen einer wachsenden Unternehmensgruppe und beraten die Geschäftsleitung mit fundierten Analysen und klaren Handlungsempfehlungen. Die Position bietet hybrides Arbeiten mit gelegentlichen Reisen nach Magdeburg (1-2 Mal monatlich).
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Aufbau und Überwachung von Budgetprozessen: Planung, Forecasts und regelmäßige Forecast-Updates
- Erstellung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresberichten
- Management-Reporting für Geschäftsführung und weitere Stakeholder
- Internes Berichtswesen inklusive Budgetkontrolle und fundierter Kommentierung
- Ad-hoc-Analysen und Business-Partnering zur direkten Unterstützung von Führungskräften bei operativen Entscheidungen
- Entwicklung von Forecasting-Modellen
- Aufbau von Management-Reports und KPI-Dashboards mit modernen BI-Tools
- Automatisierung von Reportingprozessen (ETL, Datenmodellierung)
Was wir suchen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft oder Wirtschaftsinformatik mit Schwerpunkt Controlling
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise ergänzt durch Erfahrungen in Finanzcontrolling, Consulting, Wirtschaftsprüfung oder Corporate Finance
- Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen, Datenbanken, Analyse-Tools und Power BI
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, hohe Zahlenaffinität und ein sicheres Gespür für die Aussagekraft von Kennzahlen
- Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Reisen nach Magdeburg (1-2 Mal monatlich)
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
