Strategic Hunter Account Executive

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential data and AI platform organization in their search for a Strategic Hunter Account Executive to join their growing team in Paris, France.

In this high-impact role, you will take ownership of identifying and securing new opportunities within leading French enterprise accounts. This is a hunter position focused on establishing executive-level connections, uncovering untapped potential, and driving transformative outcomes through data, analytics, and AI solutions.

Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Sales, you will leverage your extensive hunting expertise and solutions sales experience to generate demand, close high-value deals, and expand our client's footprint within strategic accounts.

Responsibilities

• Identify new opportunities and create compelling use cases that demonstrate platform value and business impact
• Leverage your commercial network and relationship skills to broaden presence within complex organizations, engaging key decision-makers and strategic partners
• Develop structured account plans that address client business priorities and position solutions as long-term digital transformation enablers
• Navigate enterprise sales cycles, secure executive sponsorship, and deliver beyond customer expectations
• Collaborate with internal teams and selected partners to deliver tailored solutions that meet specific customer needs
• Apply advanced sales expertise to close sophisticated deals and drive measurable results within assigned accounts

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated passion and experience selling complex, technical cloud solutions with ability to translate advanced technology into business outcomes
• Extensive hunting experience with proven track record selling into large enterprise accounts
• Hands-on experience working with open source technologies and advising on build-versus-buy decisions for enterprise clients
• Proven track record selling big data and AI/analytics solutions, with expertise navigating multi-stakeholder enterprise environments
• Understanding of or experience selling consumption-based model solutions highly desirable
• Experience applying value-based selling methodologies, consistently positioning technology solutions around measurable customer impact and ROI
• Creative, resourceful sales professional with structured and proactive prospecting capabilities—able to build sustainable pipeline from scratch
• Consistent track record of exceeding sales quotas and surpassing ambitious targets
• Grit, resilience, and tenacity—energized by opening greenfield accounts, building new relationships, and driving growth in untapped territories
• Fluency in French and English is essential
