About This Opportunity
Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential technology client in their search for a Senior Salesforce Developer on a temporary basis. This hybrid role is based in Aix-en-Provence, France, and offers the opportunity to work on critical platform integration initiatives within a fast-paced, modern Salesforce development environment.
You will join a specialized team of Salesforce professionals focused on delivering tools and functionality for sales and customer care operations. The team deploys to production multiple times daily, works with modern DevOps practices, and has embraced AI-assisted development to accelerate delivery.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the team to deliver high-priority initiatives integrating the Salesforce instance with a new unified technical platform
- Contribute to and uphold development quality standards and Salesforce best practices
- Ground your technical work in data and business context to ensure alignment with strategic goals
- Participate actively in product and technical discussions, bringing your expertise to bear on solution design
- Support senior team members as they make and implement critical technical decisions during a period of significant platform evolution
- Develop custom components and functionality using LWC and Apex where declarative tools are not suitable
- Maintain coherent package architecture across multiple unlocked packages
- Write and maintain automated tests to ensure high code quality and coverage
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce application architecture and software design principles
- 8+ years of commercial experience developing in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex, including automated testing
- Proficiency with Visual Studio Code (or similar IDE), Git, and AI tooling in your development workflow
- Experience with Salesforce code deployments using CI/CD tools and processes
- Strong collaborative communication skills and experience working in agile and lean environments on cross-functional teams
- Platform Developer I and Platform Developer II certifications
Preferred:
- Additional Salesforce core platform certifications (e.g., Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)
- System Architect or Certified Technical Architect certification
- Trailhead badges or superbadges (Apex Specialist, Lightning Web Components Specialist)
- Familiarity with automated testing philosophy including TDD, Apex tests, and Jest tests
- Experience with unlocked package architecture and open-source Apex frameworks

Pay
Our client has indicated a salary range of €85,000 - €105,000 annualized for this role, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Final compensation will be determined based on your background and the client's assessment.
