Product Manager – Atamis

Responsibilities

We are representing a Cardiff-based software organization seeking a Product Manager to lead product planning and lifecycle management. In this role, you will:

• Gain deep understanding of customer experience, identify product gaps, and generate ideas that grow market share and improve customer satisfaction
• Create buy-in for the product vision internally and with key external partners
• Manage the product roadmap and schedule planned development work
• Collaborate with Finance and Commercial teams to develop product pricing and positioning strategies
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
• Work closely with Development and Configuration teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
• Partner with Marketing to drive product launches and maximize marketing opportunities
• Evaluate promotional plans to ensure consistency with product line strategy and effective messaging
• Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
• Visit customers to solicit feedback on products and services
• Analyze feedback loops to identify product enhancements
• Support senior product leadership in delivering the overall product strategy

What We're Looking For

• Proven work experience in product management
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
• Demonstrated ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
• Solid technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job done
• Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
