About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing AI-powered SaaS platform trusted by some of the world's leading engineering organizations. Our client operates in the software reliability space, serving companies where uptime is critical and downtime simply isn't an option.

This is a Business Development Representative role based in London, offering a clear path to Account Executive for top performers. You'll be learning to sell alongside experienced revenue leaders while representing a product that prospects genuinely want to hear about.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume cold calling to book qualified meetings with senior engineering leaders
• Research and personalize outreach in partnership with Account Executives, ensuring every conversation is relevant and valuable
• Test and optimize your own workflows using AI tools and data-driven approaches
• Maintain activity metrics and pipeline health while continuously improving conversion rates
• Build genuine relationships with prospects by understanding their technical challenges and priorities
• Collaborate closely with the wider go-to-market team to refine messaging and targeting strategies

Pay

The client offers a base salary of £50,000–£55,000, plus equity and commission. This role provides meaningful upside through both variable compensation and ownership in a rapidly scaling company.
