Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential healthcare planning organization with projects across Europe. In this role, you will:

• Plan and design medical technology equipment for hospitals and healthcare facilities
• Create and maintain room-specific equipment layouts for medical devices and systems
• Contribute to functional planning and coordination of spaces based on clinical workflows and processes
• Prepare and update planning documentation using AutoCAD and Revit
• Position and integrate medical technology equipment and systems within floor plans
• Coordinate medical technology requirements with architects, specialist planners, and other project stakeholders
• Define technical and infrastructure prerequisites for medical device deployment alongside project teams
• Support international medical technology projects
• Coordinate technical requirements with manufacturers and suppliers of medical systems

What We're Looking For

• Completed university degree in Medical Technology, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Engineering Sciences, Technical Medicine, or comparable technical-scientific qualification
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit
• Solid technical understanding and knowledge of medical devices and systems, with ability to translate technical requirements into planning solutions
• Structured, precise, and independent working style with quick adaptation to complex technical and clinical contexts
• Comfort working in interdisciplinary teams and clear communication skills when engaging with physicians, nursing staff, architects, engineers, and other project participants
• Fluent German and English; additional language skills in Italian and French are welcome
• Willingness to travel for international projects
• Ideally 1–3 years of professional experience, though entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply

This position is based in Bozen (Bolzano), Italy, with initial onboarding at that location. After completing the training period, there may be flexibility to work from a location in Bavaria, Germany, if desired.
