Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential organization in the public services sector, and our talent team is seeking customer service advisors (m/w/d) for the Hamburg area. In this role, you will:

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns
• Handle telephone inquiries in a friendly and solution-oriented manner
• Provide information about services, processes, and general requests
• Capture and maintain relevant information in client systems
• Escalate complex matters to the appropriate departments when necessary
• Ensure a positive customer experience through professional and courteous communication

What We're Looking For

• Residence in Hamburg or the surrounding area
• Availability to attend on-site training and onboarding in Hamburg (remote work follows after successful completion of training)
• Strong communication skills in German
• Genuine enjoyment of customer interaction and a strong service orientation
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and independent working style
• Confident PC skills and ability to quickly learn new systems
