Praktikant (all genders) Datamanagement – Fokus Social Selling

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential marketing and sales technology organization seeking an intern to support data-driven sales initiatives beginning in February 2027. In this role, you will:

• Support social selling activities by conducting targeted outreach to potential contacts using defined lead segments
• Maintain, update, and ensure quality of contact data within the CRM system as part of your daily responsibilities
• Track activities such as job changes and other touchpoints independently
• Research and create new company and contact records to support cold outreach campaigns
• Generate ad hoc leads for various occasions to support marketing initiatives
• Work with prioritized data lists and ensure structured utilization of campaign data
• Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams while taking ownership of your assigned tasks

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks candidates who:

• Want to gain practical experience in marketing, sales, or data management
• Demonstrate structured and meticulous working methods, especially when handling data
• Have first experience with CRM systems or data maintenance (advantageous but not required)
• Are communicative and comfortable proactively reaching out to potential contacts
• Possess very good German language skills, quick comprehension, and analytical thinking abilities
• Show initiative and reliability as core personal characteristics
• Have technical interest and affinity, with confident MS Office skills
