Pharmacovigilance Auditor – Freelance Position (1FTE or 0.6 FTE and above)

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential life sciences organization seeking an experienced Pharmacovigilance Auditor on a freelance basis. This role offers flexible arrangements—both full-time (1.0 FTE) and part-time (0.6+ FTE) positions will be considered. You'll conduct quality assurance audits across Europe, working remotely with periodic travel requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, conduct, report, and follow up on various types of Pharmacovigilance audits, including CAPA plan development
• Execute audits based on comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements and Good Pharmacovigilance Practice (GVP)
• Perform GVP quality assurance projects on behalf of pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients
• Lead both internal and external Pharmacovigilance audits for diverse stakeholders
• Deliver audit findings and recommendations according to established quality standards and timelines
• Conduct both on-site and remote audits as required

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience conducting and leading internal and external Pharmacovigilance audits
• Expert knowledge of national and international Pharmacovigilance legislation and guidelines
• Strong understanding of Good Pharmacovigilance Practice (GVP) requirements
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects and ensure timely delivery of audit deliverables
• Skill in identifying compliance issues and offering pragmatic, actionable solutions
• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences preferred
• Availability for up to 40% travel across Europe
• Capability to conduct remote audits effectively
• Based in or legally authorized to work in the United Kingdom
