Senior HR Specialist (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential professional services organization in München that is seeking a Senior HR Specialist to work closely with their Head of HR on operational and project-based human resources initiatives.

In this role, you will:

• Support employees and managers throughout the complete employee lifecycle, from onboarding through exit
• Prepare employment contracts, contract amendments, references, and other personnel documentation
• Coordinate the interface with payroll and compensation processing
• Advise managers on employment law, organizational, and personnel-related questions
• Organize and further develop training, feedback, and performance evaluation processes
• Lead your own HR projects in areas such as benefits, talent development, employer branding, or HR process optimization
• Manage HR systems including Personio and elearnio, developing digital and automated workflows

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree with focus on Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Psychology, Law, or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in a generalist HR function
• Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes and solid foundation in employment law
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style with ability to manage multiple parallel projects
• Professional demeanor with ability to represent clear positions and contribute to HR as an internal service provider
• Digital affinity with drive to improve, standardize, and automate HR processes
• Experience with Personio, elearnio, or DATEV is a plus
• Background in professional services, consulting, or growing mid-sized companies is beneficial but not required
• German language proficiency required for this München-based position
