Senior Product Manager Digital Health (m/f/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential digital health organization based in Berlin that is transforming how musculoskeletal conditions are treated through innovative app-based therapy solutions. Our talent team is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their growing product organization in a hybrid capacity.

Responsibilities

In this senior product role, you will:

• Take ownership of a central product or growth area within the digital therapy platform, acting as the bridge between clinical validity, technical implementation, regulatory compliance, and commercial objectives
• Drive product development that enhances support for patients and healthcare providers in treating musculoskeletal conditions
• Conceive, validate, and prioritize new product and service concepts, preparing them systematically for development
• Build product capabilities that extend value beyond the core therapy experience and strengthen long-term user relationships
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering, regulatory, clinical, and commercial teams
• Make data-driven decisions focused on measurable user and business impact rather than feature delivery

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate brings:

• 5+ years of product management experience, typically at Senior, Lead, or Principal level, with demonstrated ownership of digital product areas and proven impact on user and business outcomes
• Healthcare domain experience strongly preferred, ideally in digital health, medical technology, digital therapeutics, or clinical software environments
• Regulatory knowledge of digital health frameworks such as DiGA and MDR is highly valued
• Outcome-oriented approach with natural fluency in data-driven product development and KPI management
• Stakeholder leadership skills enabling confident communication with C-level executives, engineering teams, regulatory specialists, and clinical staff
• AI literacy with practical application of AI tools in discovery, research, analysis, or prototyping, balanced with understanding of when human judgment remains critical
• Bilingual proficiency in both German and English at C1 level or above (native fluency not required)
• Healthcare stakeholder experience working directly with physicians, practice teams, medical staff, or patients is a strong plus
• Solution-oriented mindset with empathy for medical contexts and hands-on execution ability

This is a hybrid role based in Berlin with excellent flexibility, including remote work options within the EU, EEA, Switzerland, Israel, or the UK for up to one month annually. The position offers 30 vacation days, enhanced employer pension contributions, and comprehensive benefits.
